Open House for Current Students' Parents/Guardians Our annual Signature School Open House for parents and guardians of current students is Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 6:00 – 7:45 PM. This evening event is designed to allow your family members to "speed walk" through your schedule, providing a glimpse into what you experience every day at school. Remind your parents or guardians to join us for this informative evening! Schedules will be available for pickup at 5:30 PM.
College Visits A representative from Xavier University -- a private university located in Cincinnati, OH --will be here this Wednesday during lunch to meet with interested students. The visit will take place in Ms. Hughes's room, KC 207. ALL students are welcome to attend. Please bring your lunch and be prompt! A representative from Purdue will be here next Wednesday, the 9th. Make sure to sign up!
Community Service Mrs. Atkinson needs seven more students to sign up to roll t-shirts for the United Way from 4 to 6 p.m. Thusday, Sept. 3. You just have to walk down the street to Innovation Point (next to Insomnia Cookies) and you'll get pizza, too! You can sign up in the Community Service group in Schoology.
Pickleball Club The Pickleball Club continues at the downtown YMCA this Wednesday, September 2nd from 3:30 to 5 p.m. YMCA members get free admission, while non-members will need to pay $5 to enter. This is a student-run CAS project, so no Signature School teachers will be present. If you have any questions, please contact Ibrahim Mahmoud, Chaz Burkett, Ashrith Mupalla, Joseph Arisa, or Noma Ohonba.
Mu Alpha Theta On Wednesday, September 2, Mu Alpha Theta will have a lunch meeting in KC203, Mr. Bullington's room, and there is no after school meeting or tutoring. Anyone is invited to come, even if they couldn't make it to any of our prior meetings. Please bring your own lunch. See you there!
