Ford Arena Announcement Attention all students – this is a reminder to please not sit in the newly-landscaped areas outside the Ford Arena. That means to please not sit anywhere that you see small pebbles, bushes, or trees. We know this means you may need to do some rearranging of where you hang at lunch, but we know you understand the need to be respectful of the Ford Arena property and needs. Thank you

International Baccalaureate Exams This is a message from the International Baccalaureate Organization to all students testing during this upcoming May session: online scammers are aggressively targeting test-takers with fake exam leaks. While you may not set out to cheat, falling for these tricks and interacting with these platforms still violates Academic Integrity policies, and ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Please be aware that the IB actively traces activity on these sites. Furthermore, you must not discuss exam content with anyone for at least 24 hours after your session. Any engagement with online scams or early sharing of exam details will result in severe penalties, including the loss of your grade.

AP Exams AP exams will be starting on May 4 and run through the end of the school year. Students must be in their seats at 8:00 am for the morning exams on the 5th floor of the Victory. Please bring nothing to the exam except for a calculator, if needed. All afternoon exams have the potential to go past the end of the school day. Make sure you clear your calendar for after school on those days. No students will be able to leave their exams early. All students will need to know their AP Classroom login credentials from memory. If your credentials are stored in your browser and you need assistance retrieving this, please see Mr. DeJesus ASAP. Even if you plan to use your own computer, you should still know your login information in case you need to use a school computer at the last minute. No students will be allowed to bring their cell phone to the exam. If you have 2 exams in one day, you will need to bring a lunch. No one can go out to lunch between exams. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Doyle at [email protected] or see her when she is on campus. Please pay special attention to this next announcement – There has been a change to where you can store your backpack on exam day. All backpacks must remain on the 1st floor of the Victory or in the Main Building/KC Center due to using the 4th floor now for exams.
