Physics Olympiad & National Science Bowl There will be no Physics Olympiad meeting this Tuesday at lunch. There will be a National Science Bowl meeting Wednesday at lunch in KC 203.
Chess Club Chess Club will meet in Mr. Ethridge's room during lunch today. All skill levels are welcome!
Pickleball Club The Pickleball Club will host tournaments at the downtown YMCA starting this Wednesday, 9/16. The tournaments will be teams of two, and it will cost $5 per person to participate. The winning team will receive a $20 prize this time, and everything will be organized for you when you arrive. This is a student-run CAS project, so no Signature School teachers will be present. Volunteer Opportunity The deadline is approaching to volunteer as an Honor Flight parade escort on Sept. 26. Students will volunteer at a parade welcoming home veterans from an Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C., where veterans have visited military memorials in honor of their service. Parade escorts must complete an online application, which you can find in the Community Service group in Schoology. The deadline is Sept. 22.
Rotary Interact Rotary will have a meeting on Tuesday during lunch in room 415 in the main building. We'll talk about our events for the year and possible volunteer opportunities. Please bring your own lunch and arrive promptly.
TeenPower TEENPOWER club is meeting this Wednesday the 16th. If you have attended a middle or high school camp in the past or are interested in what TEENPOWER is, join TEENPOWER club during lunch in Ms. Price's room on the sixth floor of the main building to learn more.
