Government Club Join us at the first Government Club meeting on Monday, August 17th, in Mr. Mota's room! We'll have baked goods, discuss recent political events, and play fun games. Whether you're already a member or just interested in government and current events, come on over and share your thoughts and ideas!
School Pictures Picture day will be Tuesday, August 18 and Wednesday, August 19. Freshmen and Sophomores photos will be taken Tuesday morning: before school and during 1st and 2nd period. Junior and Senior photos will be taken Wednesday morning: before school and during 1st and 2nd period. We highly encourage students to take their photos before school starts. Be sure to dress your best and we look forward to seeing all those smiles. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Mota.
Spanish Club On Monday August 17, Spanish Club will host its first meeting of the school year! If you are a returning member or are looking for clubs to join, come to room 303 in the main building for Spanish Club every A day Monday at lunch. Bring your own lunch so you don't miss out on any of the meeting!

Student Council Attention to current members and those interested in joining, Student Council is hosting its first meeting next Friday, August 21st during lunchtime on the 5th floor of the Victory. Please bring your packed lunch and arrive promptly as we have a lot to cover. If you have any questions, contact Student Council officers, Mr. Mitchell or Mr. Wright. We are so excited to see new faces and all returning members!
Speech and Debate Attention all Speech and Debate newcomers, If you are new to speech and debate, or if you want to tryout for the speech and debate team but wasn't able to attend the meeting last week, be sure to be at our first practice this Thursday, from 3:30 - 4:30 in the Koch Center.
NHS Attention all NHS members. Our first meeting of the year is Thursday, August 20, at lunch, on the Victory Theater's 5th floor. Members of the Induction, Clue, Fundraising, and Tutoring committees are expected to attend, as are members of the Mentoring committee who wish to join another committee. Make sure to bring your lunch and arrive promptly.
Basketball Club Do you love playing basketball? If so, join The Basketball Club at the downtown YMCA this Friday, August 21. We will pick teams and play games until 5 p.m. YMCA members get free admission, while non-members will need to pay $5 to enter. See Thomas D-Etti with questions. This is a student-run CAS project, so no Signature School teachers will be present.
